For a running analogy, it is like trying to &quot;fight the hill&quot; or &quot;kill the competition&quot;-- it just makes the actual doing too harsh and takes away the joy.  Your dharma camp experience sounds wonderful, I want to hear more about it!  Here&#039;s to hoping we find more stillness while sitting and that we are able to bring that more and more into the movement of everyday life.</description>
